It did shut down its United States operations, but I still believe it takes business from foreigners. So, for the US, the poster is right in saying that it is shut down.

O cha...I guess all of them were wrong including me...so if you're from the US are you still able to access the site?

I don't know. My guess is that you can still access the site, but you can't download the software or transfer funds. I don't really know the specifics.

It probably shut down its United States operation(s) due to the recent legal problems with online poker in the US.

It hurts to remember beats. I follow simple strategy never remember loss it can be a hurdle in playing.
