Does anyone play on party poker very much? How is the format? Do you prefer this site, or others?

I can't play on Party Poker. Apparently, it no longer wants the business of US players. It's a shame.

I thought some law was recently passed banning online gambling in America...

Yeah I thought so as well...I think it banned American gambling sites...I'll do some more digging around on it.

Yeah the laws have had some pretty serious effects on the profit margins of poker.

Not only poker but gambling on the whole...some Americans still do it though from what I've heard.

What happens if they're caught? A fine I assume but what about being incarcerated?
